| 摘 要： | 目的探讨瑞替普酶溶栓治疗墓碑型心电图改变急性前壁心肌梗死的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院自2005年6月至2012年3月期间收治的58例患者的临床资料,并对其进行瑞替普酶溶栓组和尿激酶（UK）溶栓组分组治疗。结果溶栓后90min内瑞替普酶溶栓组临床判断再通率为81.81%,而尿激酶（UK）溶栓组为44.44%,两组相比有统计学差异（P〈0.001）。结论应用瑞替普酶及时溶栓能够保持较高的溶栓再通率,可以显著改善患者的预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the rhaetian general thrombolysis treatment tombstone ECG change with acute anterior myocardial infarction.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 58 patients admitted to the hospital from June 2005 to March 2012,and reteplase thrombolysis group and urokinase（UK） thrombolysis group therapy.Results 90min after thrombolysis rhaetian clinical judgment of the cape thrombolysis group recanalization rate was 81.81%,while urokinase（UK） thrombolysis group was 44.44%,compared the two groups have significant difference（P0.001）.Conclusion The application of reteplase timely thrombolytic able to maintain a higher thrombolytic recanalization rate,can significantly improve patient outcomes. |
