唑来磷酸联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌骨转移的疗效观察

目的观察唑来磷酸联合化疗对非小细胞肺癌骨转移的临床疗效和不良反应。方法 52例非小细胞肺癌骨转移患者随机分为治疗组和对照组;对照组单用唑来磷酸,治疗组在化疗间隙使用唑来磷酸注射液。结果治疗组和对照组的止痛有效率分别为80.8%及53.8%,唑来磷酸主要不良反应为发热、一过性骨肌肉酸痛;发生率低。结论唑来磷酸治疗非小细胞肺癌骨转移有良好疗效,不良反应发生率低,症状轻,患者易于耐受,与化疗联合应用效果更佳,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Zoledronic Acid Combined with Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Patients with Bone Metastases of NSCLC

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with bone metastases of advancedNSCLC.Methods 52 cases of patients with NSCLC bone metastatis were divided randomLy into two groups.26 patients only received Zoledronic acid（control group）,26 patients received Zoledronic acid combined with NP chemotherapy（therapy group）.Results The total effective rate in pain relieving was 80.8% in Zoledronic acid combined NP chemotherapeutic group and 53.8% in Zoledronic acid alone group.The main adverse effects were fever,temporary muscle and skeletal pain,the incidence rate was low.Conclusionc The effect of NSCLC bone metastatis treated with Zoledronie acid injection was obvious.The incidence of adverse effect was low,and the toxicity was mild and well tolerated.The effect of Zoledronie acid combined with chemotherapy was better.The drug is easy to be used in the clinical.
