健康管理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者疾病认知和治疗依从性影响研究

目的观察健康管理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者疾病认知和治疗依从性的影响。方法选择92例COPD的患者,随机分为管理组和对照组,两组患者的建立健康档案,管理组进行全程系统的疾病健康教育与管理,定期随访指导,包括对疾病的认识、病因的预防、心理支持、饮食营养、氧疗和运动等;对照组进行一般健康教育,即出院时进行健康指导,分别于管理前、管理后对患者进行疾病认知水平、治疗的依从性的测定,以及肺功能检查、6 min步行距离实验、体重指数测定并观察急性加重次数。结果管理组与对照组相比,管理前差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,管理后各项观察指标相比,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论全程系统的健康教育与管理对COPD患者的康复有重要意义。

Observations into the effectiveness of health education in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of health education on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Ninety two COPD patients were randomly selected and then divided into interventional group and control group.For each subject a medical record is established.Patients in interventional group received systematic health education and management as well as regular health instruction on causal prophylaxis,psychological support,dietary nutrition,oxygen therapy,athletic sports,etc.On the contrast,patients in control group received common instruction from medical staff.Before and after the treatment surveys were conducted on patients′ cognition of COPD and their treatment compliance.At the same time a set of tests were performed on these 92 subjects,including pulmonary function test,six-minute walking trial,BMI calculation and acute exacerbation observation.Results Differences of all observation indicators between interventional group and control group before the treatment were not statistically significant,but these differences were of statistical significance after treatment.Conclusion The effectiveness of health education and management in COPD is proved.
