内镜辅助前路颈椎间盘切除手术治疗脊髓型颈椎病

目的:探讨内镜辅助前路颈椎间盘切除手术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:依据脊髓型颈椎病诊断标准,选择单间隙病变病人35例(35个椎间隙)施行手术,应用椎间盘镜手术系统,取颈椎前入路,镜下完成椎间盘、骨赘及变性的后纵韧带的切除,并同时行椎间融合器的置入和前路钢板内固定术。结果:35例病人手术顺利,无并发症,经12～24个月随访,平均随访16个月,病人的平均JOA评分从9.6提高到13.5。结论:内镜辅助前路颈椎间盘切除手术可有效治疗脊髓型颈椎病,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Application of aided endoscopic anterior cervical discoidectomy for cervical spondylotic myelopathy

Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of aided endoscopic anterior cervical discoidectomy for cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM).Methods:Thirty five CSM patients(thirty five herniated cervical discs) were chosen for aided endoscopic microsurgery and interbody fusion with insertion of cage and plate fixation.The mean follow-up period was 16 months(ranging 12 to 24).Results:All cases were successfully operated without complications.According to the JOA therapeutic criteria,The mean score of all cases increased from 9.6 to 13.5,P<0.05.Conclusion:The results of aided scopic anterior cervical discoidectomy for CSM are satisfactory.
