摘    要:目的 探讨妊娠晚期羊水过少时胎儿心肌综合指数、Tei指数的变化及临床应用价值.方法 选取200例晚期妊娠胎儿,均无脐带绕颈,其中羊水过少者120例(羊水过少组),对照组为80例羊水量正常且无宮内窘迫者,运用频谱多普勒分别测算两组胎儿的左、右心室Tei指数.结果 羊水过少组Tei指数高于对照组,且有统计学意义,P<0.05;有窘迫者高于无窘迫者,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05.结论 Tei指数能简便有效地评估羊水过少时胎儿的心室功能变化,进而指导临床分娩时机和方式的选择.

Abstract:Objective To explore the changes and clinical significances of Tel index of fetuses with oligohydramnios in late pregnancy. Methods Fetal echocardiographic examinations were performed in 200 pregnant women without nuchal cord, including 120 fetuses with oligohydramnios (oligohydramnios group)and 80 fetuses without oligohydramnios and fetal distress (control group). The Tel index of left ventricular (LV) and right ventricular (RV) of fetuses in two groups were detected by Doppler echocardiogram. Results The Tel index of fetuses in oligohydramnios group was significant higher than that in the control group ( P〈0.05), and the Tel index of fetuses with distress was significant higher than that of fetuses without distress ( P〈0.05). Conclusion The Tel index can assess the ventricular function of fetus with oligohydramnios easily and effectively, also help doctors choose timely the mode of delivery and delivery time for fetuses with oligohydramnios.
