颈动脉粥样硬化斑块性质与急性脑梗死患者超敏C反应蛋白及白介素6关系的临床探讨

目的探讨颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性与急性脑梗塞患者超敏C反应蛋白（hs—CRP）及白介素6（IL-6）的水平的关系。方法选取首发急性脑梗死患者108例为研究组，同时选取108例健康体检者作为对照组，测定2组的血清CRP和IL-6含量；2组均行颈动脉血管超声检查明确颈动脉粥样硬化斑块情况，分析2组血清CRP和IL-6的水平变化及对斑块稳定性的影响。结果研究组血清CRP和IL-6水平较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究组稳定性不同的斑块血清CRP和IL-6水平比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），CRP和IL-6与斑块的稳定性呈正相关。结论急性脑梗死hs—CRP与IL-6水平较正常人群高，增高水平与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性有关。

Carotid artery plaque stability and cerebral infarction in clinical research

Objective To study carotid artery atherosclerosis plaque and acute cerebral infarction, and high - sensitivity C - reactive protein and IL -6 levels. Methods 108 patients with acute cerebral infarction as the experimental group were included in the study, while 108 healthy adults were selected as control group. The highsensitivity C- reactive protein and IL-6 levels were determined, and carotid artery atherosclerosis plaque was detected by using routine ultrasound examination. The effects of high - sensitivity C - reactive protein and IL - 6 levels on stability of the carotid artery atherosclerosis plaque in patients with acute cerebral infarction were analyzed between two groups. Results High - sensitivity C - reactive protein and IL - 6 levels were higher in experimental group than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was significant difference in the stability of different patients with plaque sensitivity C - reactive protein and IL - 6 levels （P 〈 0.05 ）, high - sensitivity C - reactive protein and IL - 6 levels and carotid artery plaque stability was positively correlated. Conclusion High - sensitivity C - reactive protein and IL - 6 levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction is higher than that in normal controls, and there is relationship with carotid artery plaque stability and increase of high - sensitivity C - reactive protein and IL- 6.
