三联疗法治疗重度混合痔的临床观察

为观察三联疗法治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效，将308例重度混合痔患者分为两组，治疗组164例采用痔上黏膜套扎、消痔灵注射、外剥内扎三联疗法治疗，对照组144例采用外剥内扎术治疗，对比观察两组患者疗效及肛门疼痛、创缘水肿、肛门出血、肛门坠胀等并发症情况。结果显示，两组在总有效率、术后肛门坠胀方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组在术后肛门疼痛、创缘水肿、肛门出血等方面差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结果表明，三联疗法治疗重度混合痔优于传统的外剥内扎术。

Clinical Observation on Triple Therapy for Severe Mixed Hemorrhoids

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of severe mixed hemorrhoids treated by triple therapy,308 cases were divided into treatment group （ n =164）and control group（ n =144）. The former received triple therapy（hemorrhoid mucosa ligation, Xiaozhiling injection, external dissection and internal ligation）,while the latter underwent external dissection and internal ligation. Both groups were compared for clinical efficacy, anal pain, wound margin edema and bleeding, and tenesmus of anus. The results showed that there was no significant difference in total effective rate,postoperative tenesmus sensation of anus（ P〉0.05）, but significant difference was found in scores of postoperative pain,wound margin edema and bleeding （ P〈0.05）. It is concluded that triple therapy is superior to conventional external dissection and internal ligation in treating severe mixed hemorrhoids.
