中药药线对口引流法在复杂性肛瘘术后创面愈合观察

目的观察中药药线对口引流法在治疗复杂性肛瘘术后促进创面愈合的临床疗效。方法将60例复杂性肛瘘患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组30例，采用中药药线对口引流法，对照组30例采用切开旷置术，观察术后不同时间点创面愈合率、肉芽生长及治愈率情况。结果与对照组比较，治疗组术后不同时间点肉芽生长明显改善（P〈0．05），愈合率在第10、14、20天差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4．043，P〈0．05）。结论中药药线对口引流法治疗复杂性肛瘘，能加快肉芽生长，促进创面愈合，提高临床疗效。

Study of Chinese medicine medicated thread and contra - aperture drainage methods in wound healing after operation of complicated anal fistula

Objective To evaluate the efficiency of Chinese native medicine medicated thread and contra -aperture drainage methods on promoting surface healing after operation of complicated anal fistula. Methods 60 cases with complicated anal fistula were randomized into two groups, the treatment group （n = 30） and the control group （n = 30）. The treatment group were operated with Chinese native medicine medicated thread and contraaperture drainage methods, the control group were incision cutting section drainage and lay - open. Wound healing rate, growth of granulation and cure rate at different time points were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the growth of granulation in the treatment group were significantly improved at different time points （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）, and the cure rate was significant difference at 10, 14 and 20 days （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group （ χ^2 = 4. 043, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Chinese native medicine medicated thread and contra - aperture drainage methods could accelerate growth of granulation, and promote wound healing and improve the clinical efficacy after operation of complicated anal fistula.
