斑点追踪技术评价缺血性心肌病左室短轴应变规律的观察

目的应用超声斑点追踪技术（STI）评价缺血性心肌病（ICM）患者的收缩期径向应变（RS）、圆周应变（SC）的变化规律。方法对32例ICM患者和32例正常对照组，应用超声心动图诊断仪获得高帧频二维动态图像，超声STI测量感兴趣区收缩期RS及SC峰值。结果ICM患者收缩期RS和CR各水平节段心肌不同程度均低于正常对照组（P〈0．05）。结论超声斑点追踪技术可更准确地评价ICM收缩功能以及临床疗效和判断预后方面具有重的临床应用价值。

Observation for short axis of the left ventricular function

Objective To evaluate the change trends of peak systolic radial strain （RS） and circumferential strain （CS） in patients with ischemia cardiomynpathy （ICM） by using of uhrasound speckle tracking imaging （ STI）. Methods The high frame rate two - dimensional images were obtained by echocarography devices for 32 patients with ICM and 32 cases as normal controls, and the peak values of RS and CS in the region of interest were measured by means of two - dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking imaging. Results Systolic RS and CS with peak values for ICM group at different levels of myocardium were lower than those in normal controls （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Two - dimension ultrasound speckle tracking imaging technology can be more accurate for evaluation of systolic function due to ischemic heart disease. It is of important clinical significance for evaluation of clinical effects and prognosis.
