| 摘 要： | 目的建立用HPLC示差折光检测测定黄芪精口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法以Hypersil ODS 2(4.6mm×200mm，5um)色谱柱，甲醇-水(67:33)为流动相，流速1mL．Min-1。结果线性范围1～5ug，r=0.9999，加样回收率为98.1%，RSD=2.02%(n=6)。结论本法简单方便，重复性好，灵敏度高。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC-RI assay for the determination of astragaloside IV in the Huangqijing solution.METHODS The column Hypersil ODS 2(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm) was used.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol ane water (67∶33).The flow rate was 1 mL.min-1.RESULTS The standard curve was linear over the range of 1～5 μg with the correlation coefficient 0.9999.The average recovery was 98.1% with the RSD 2.02%(n＝6).CONCLUSION This method was sensitive,accurate,repeatable and easy to operate. |
