| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白(H-FABP)与D-D聚体在急性心肌梗死早期中的诊断价值。[方法]采用酶联免疫分析法、酶免疫法测定42例心肌梗死患者,31例不稳定性心绞痛患者,25例稳定性心绞痛患者及30例健康体检者H-FABP、D-D聚体。[结果]急性心肌梗死组(AMI)的H-FABP、D-D聚体水平明显高于稳定性心绞痛组(SA),P<0.01;不稳定性心绞痛组的(UA)H-FABP、D-D聚体水平高于稳定性心绞痛组(SA),P<0.05,稳定性心绞痛组的(SA)H-FABP、D-D聚体水平与正常对照组相比差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。[结论]H-FABP用于AMI的早期诊断具备可行性,而D-D聚体可以作为AMI诊断的参考指标,两者联合检测有助于提高AMI的早期诊断。
