| 摘 要： | 对31例脑外脑积水患儿脑CT表现进行了分析和计论，认为脑外脑积水是以大脑半球间裂前部及双侧额颞区蛛网膜下腔对称性扩大为主要表现的一组疾病，伴有或不伴有脑底池、脑室的扩大。CT检查主要应与脑萎缩、硬膜下积液相鉴别。CT检查对脑外脑积水的诊断和鉴别诊断，以及动态观察病变与预后具有很大的临床价值。

| Abstract: | CT expression of 31 cases children with extracerebral hydrocephalus were analysed and discussed.It is a group of diseases whose main manifestation is symmetrical enlargement of subarachnoid cavity in anterior cerebral fissure and twosided frontal and superior area.It has enlarged with brain ventricle and basal cisterns or not.The condition should mainly be differentiated from encephalatrophy and subdural effusion.It has a great clinical ralue in diagnosis and differential diagnosis, as well as dynamic observation of pathologic chage and prognosis. |
