| 摘 要： | 目的了解35岁以下临床护士职业生涯规划的现状。方法采用问卷调查法对121名35岁以下临床护士进行个人基本情况和职业生涯规划问卷调查。结果35岁以下临床护士的职业生涯规划得分属于中等偏低水平，护士的“年龄”、“工作年限”、“学历”、“人事关系”会影响其职业生涯规划的得分。结论年轻护士的职业生涯规划的现状应引起护理管理者的重视，给予积极干预和正向引导。
