胃癌组织中nm23-H1和CD44V6蛋白的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系

目的　探讨nm 2 3 -H 1和CD 44V 6蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法　应用免疫组织化学方法 ,检测 95例胃癌组织中nm 2 3 -H 1和CD44V 6蛋白的表达情况。结果　nm 2 3 -H 1和CD 44V 6蛋白阳性表达率分别为5 4.7%、75 .8%。CD44V 6蛋白表达与癌细胞分化程度显著相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,nm 2 3 -H 1和CD 44V 6的表达与其它临床病理特征无明显相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　nm 2 3 -H 1和CD44V 6蛋白在胃癌发生发展中起着重要作用 ,CD44V 6表达与癌细胞分化程度密切相关

Expression of nm23-H1 and CD44V6 Protein in Gastric Carcinoma Tissues and its Relation to Clinicopathological Parameters

Objective To study the expression of nm23 H1 and CD44V6 in gastric carcinoma tissues and its relation to clinicopathological parameters.Methods 95 gastric carcinoma tissues were examined by immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of nm23 H1 and CD44V6.Results The expression rates of nm23 H1 and CD44V6 protein were 54.7% and 75.8%,respectively.The differentiation degree of carcinoma cells was related with expression of CD44V6( P <0.01).The other parameters were no associated with expression of nm23 H1 and CD44V6( P >0.05).Conclusion The results suggested that nm23 H1 and CD44V6 play an important role in the genesis and development of gastric carcinoma.Expression of CD44V6 is associated with the differentiation degree of carcinoma cells.
