摘    要:目的:研究养血清脑颗粒对血管痉挛期的蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)动物模型脑血流的影响。方法:枕大池注射尾动脉血建立大鼠SAH血管痉挛期模型,灌胃喂食不同剂量养血清脑颗粒,并采用激光多普勒仪测定其对鼠脑脑血流的影响。结果:不同剂量组给药后脑血流改变率差异有显著性,具有统计学意义。结论:养血清脑颗粒可以在血管痉挛期改善SAH鼠脑的脑血流供应,并存在一定的剂量相关性。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Yangxue Qingnao Granula on cerebral blood flow in subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) model rats during angiospasm.METHODS: The cisterna magna of rats were injected with arteria caudilis blood to establish SAH model(during angiospasm);then the rats were administered intragastrically with different dosage of Yangxue Qingnao Granula,and the effects of which on cerebral blood flow in rats were detected by laser-Doppler.RESULTS: There were significant differences in cerebral blood flow improvement rate among different dosage groups.CONCLUSION: Yangxue Qingnao Granula can dose-dependently improve the cerebral blood flow in SAH model rats during angiospasm.
