| 摘 要： | 目的:观察和评价生活方式干预对经皮内镜胃造瘘(PEG)后患者家庭肠内营养管道护理的影响.方法:将54例PEG患者随机分为对照组25例和干预组29例.干预组在对照组传统PEG家庭肠内营养治疗的基础上介入生活方式干预,时间为6个月,比较两组的效果.结果:介入生活方式干预6个月后,干预组腹泻、呕吐、造瘘口感染、造瘘口肉芽生长等现象明显减少或无症状,发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01). 结论:正确指导家属进行管饲方法及PEG导管护理一定程度上减少了堵管、脱管的发生;家属做好PEG导管清洁护理有效减少了瘘口出血、感染、肉芽生长情况的发生,正确的口腔护理及体位护理有效减少腹泻、呕吐的发生;及时的心理干预和运动调养指导进一步增强了家庭健康教育的效果.
