无锡市居民2012年心脑血管疾病死亡和潜在减寿年数分析

目的 了解2012年无锡市居民心脑血管疾病的死亡状况及疾病负担,为制定防控策略和合理分配卫生资源提供科学依据.方法 采用粗死亡率、标化死亡率、去死因期望寿命、潜在减寿年数(PYLL)和减寿率(PYLL率)等指标对2012年无锡市死因监测系统数据进行分析.结果 2012年无锡市居民因心血管和脑血管疾病粗死亡率分别为85.24/10万、133.21/10万,标化死亡率分别为48.64/10万、77.43/10万,均在65 ～69岁组迅速升高.去除心脑血管疾病死因后,居民期望寿命可增加5.07岁.心血管疾病和脑血管疾病的PYLL(PYLL率)分别为22 139.83人年(4.71‰),32 435.97人年(6.90‰).结论 心脑血管疾病是威胁无锡市居民健康的重要疾病,尤其是老年人和中青年男性,应加强防控措施,减少疾病危险和提高生命质量.

The mortality and potential years of life lost analysis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of Wuxi residents in 2012

Objective To explore the situation of mortality and disease burden of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases of Wuxi residents in 2012,and to provide scientific basis for making prevention, controlling strategies and allocating health resources reasonably. Methods Used crude mortality rate, standardized mortality rate, cause eliminated life expectancy, potential years of life lost （PYLL） and PYLL rate to analyze the death records of Wuxi residents in 2012. Results During the 2012,the crude mortality rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases was 85.24/100 000 and 133.21/10 000;the stan- dardized mortality rate was 48.64/100 000 and 77.43/100 000,and they both showed a rapid increase among 65-69 years old. After eliminating the cause of death,the life expectancy of residents may increase by 5.07 years. The PYLL （PYLL rates） was 22 139.83 person years （4.71‰） and 32 435.97 person years（6.90‰）. Conclusion Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases are important diseases that threatened the health of Wuxi residents,especially for elderly, young and mid-aged men. Prevention and control measures should be strengthened to reduce the risk of diseases and improve the life quality.
