血清视黄醇结合蛋白水平与肝硬化Child-Pugh分级的相关性分析

目的 探讨血清视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)水平与肝硬化Child-Pugh分级的关系.方法 选取我院2012年1月1日～2013年12月31日住院的肝硬化患者93例,根据Child-Pugh分级分为A、B、C3组,对照组为正常健康人40例,应用酶联免疫吸附法检测各组的血清视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)水平.结果 肝硬化患者视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)计数明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).且视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)与肝硬化Child-Pugh分级呈负相关.结论 血清视黄醇结合蛋白(RBP)水平可作为评价肝硬化患者肝功能损害程度的一项敏感指标.

Correlation analysis of serum retinol binding protein level and liver cirrhosis Child-Pugh hierarchy

Objective To discuss the relationship between serum retinol binding protein （RBP） level and liver cirrhosis Child-Pugh hierarchy. Methods Selected 93 patients with liver cirrhosis from our hospital units during the period from Jan 1, 2012 to Dec 31,2013. According to Child-Pugh hierarchy, the patients were divided into three groups （A group,B group,C group）. 40 cases of normal healthy people acted as controls. Used enzyme-linked immunosorbent method to detect serum RBP level of each group. Results Patients with liver cirrhosis had significantly higher RBP counts than normal control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. And RBP level was negatively correlated with liver cirrhosis Child-Pugh hierar- chy. Conclusion Serum retinol binding protein （RBP） level can be used as a sensitive evaluation of liver function damage in patients with liver cirrhosis.
