妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退对妊娠结局的影响

目的 探讨甲状腺功能减退症对孕产妇妊娠结局及围产儿的影响.方法 回顾性分析2013年11月～2014年5月在我院分娩的妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退孕妇50例(作为观察组)和同期分娩的正常孕妇50例(作为对照组)的一般临床资料,产时、产后并发症及围产儿结局.结果 半年间我院妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退的患病率为2.6％,观察组新生儿平均体重和身长与对照组没有明显差异,在干预条件下,观察组早产发生率与对照组无明显差异,妊娠期高血压、糖尿病和产后出血的发生率与对照组也无明显差异(P＞0.05).结论 目前常规的人工干预可以有效降低妊娠合并甲减孕妇多种妊娠期并发症如高血压、糖尿病以及不良妊娠结局发生的几率,减少甲减导致的畸形胎儿的出生.针对妊娠合并甲减,在妊娠早期应注重筛查,中、后期积极检测和调整用药量,减少不良妊娠结局的发生.

Effect of pregnancy combined with hypothyroidism on pregnancy outcome

Objective To explore the effect of hypothyroidism on pregnancy outcome and perinatal infant. Methods 50 eases of pregnancy women with hypothyroidism （observation group） and 50 eases of normal pregnant women （control group） in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The analysis was foeused on general clinical data, complications and perinatal outcome. Results The prevalence rate of hypothyroidism during the study period in our hospital was 2.6%. The average neonatal birth weight, body length and the ineidence of prematurity showed no statistieal differenee between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The incidence rate of gestational hypertension, diabetes and postpartum hemorrhage showed no statistical difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The conventional manual intervention can effeetively reduce the incidenee of multiple preg- nancy complieatians, such as hypertension, diabetes and adverse pregnancy outcome, the birth of the malformation fetus of women with hypothyroidism. For pregnancy women with hypothyroidism, attention should be paid for screening in the early preg- naney detection and treatment in middle and late pregnaney.
