蓝山县、桑植县新型农村合作医疗支付方式改革的患者满意度调查

目的 对蓝山县和桑植县进行新型农村合作医疗支付方式改革后的患者进行满意度调查,了解改革的实际效果.方法 运用抽样调查方法,对2个县支付方式改革的总体情况进行调查,并对部分乡镇卫生院、医务人员及患者进行问卷调查和深入访谈.结果 住院患者对卫生院的新型农村合作医疗政策、诊疗水平以及服务态度的满意度不断提高,农民参合的积极性大幅度增长.结论 进一步优化政策设计,有效防范医患道德风险,建立良好的激励机制,加大对偏远地区卫生院的财政投入,以提高医疗服务能力.

Patient Satisfaction Survey in Lanshan County and Sangzhi County under New Rural Cooperative Medical Care Payment Reform

OBJECTIVE To understand the actual effect by using performing satisfaction survey after the new rural cooperative payment reform in Lanshan County and Sangzhi County. METHODS Sample survey method is used to investigate the overall situation of the reform, and interviews and questionnaires are combined to analyze parts medical staff and patients of the township hospitals, their. RESULTS The result shows that patients have improved their satisfaction to the new rural cooperative policy, the diagnosis level and the service attitude. Moreover, the enthusiasm of the farmers＇ participation increases significantly. CONCLUSION To optimize the design of the policy, to prevent the doctor-patient moral hazard, establish a good incentive mechanism, increasing financial input in order to improve the service ability and so on.
