摘    要:目的研究综合心理干预对贫困医学生心理健康状况的影响,以便为在校贫困大学生心理干预研究提供依据。方法将某医学院贫困新生326人随机分为实验组和对照组,对实验组进行为期18周的系统心理干预,并于干预前后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自尊量表(SES)、个人评价问卷(PEI)、应付方式问卷(WCQ)进行测评。结果心理干预后,2组除躯体化因子外,其他各因子差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),干预组的心理健康状况优于对照组。实验组学生的自信和自尊水平都有较明显的提高,解决问题、求助、幻想、合理化等应付方式得到改善(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论采用综合心理干预措施能显著提高贫困医学生的心理健康水平。

Abstract:Objective To study the comprehensive effect of psychological intervention for the poor freshmen,and to provide evidence for the psychological interventions among college students.Methods 326 poor freshmen were randomly divided into test group and control group.The comprehensive psychological intervention was performed among poor freshmen in intervention groups for 18 weeks.SCL-90,SES,PEI and WCQ were applied to them respectively before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,mental health of test group was significantly better than the control(P<0.05 or P<0.01),except the factor of somatization.The scores of PEI and SES increased positively.The coping styles were improved in problem solving,seeking help,fantacy and rationalization(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Systematic psychological intervention can effectively improve poor freshmen's mental health.
