摘    要:目的:比较不同炮制工艺对蒙药中微量元素含量的影响,为蒙药炮制工艺的优化提供依据。方法:采用传统工艺,改进工艺焖煅炮制两种蒙药,测定成品中所含10种微量元素含量并进行比较。结果:两种蒙药中含有丰富的微量元素,且改进工艺组有毒金属及砷盐含量显著低于传统工艺组(P<0.05);微量元素锰、镁、铜含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:改进工艺可以降低重金属及砷盐含量,对微量元素含量影响不显著,改良工艺优于传统工艺。
