芒黄颗粒对GK糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用

摘    要:目的:探讨芒黄颗粒(MHG)对GK大鼠血糖、血脂及胰岛素水平的影响,阐明其降糖作用。方法:36只GK大鼠随机分为空白组、阳性药罗格列酮组及MHG低、高(20.0、40.0 mg/kg)剂量组,每组9只,灌胃给予3 mL/kg的药液,共给药4周,观察大鼠体质量变化,检测血清中血糖、血脂及胰岛素水平。结果:空白组大鼠给药期间体质量持续降低,与空白组比较,阳性药物组和MHG高、低剂量组大鼠体质量均有所升高(P<0.05)。与空白组比较,MHG高剂量组和阳性药物组大鼠血糖水平均明显降低(P<0.05)。各组大鼠胰岛素含量比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。与空白组比较,阳性药物组大鼠甘油三酯和总胆固醇含量降低(P<0.05),MHG高剂量组总胆固醇含量降低(P<0.05)。结论:MHG具有较好的降血糖及降血脂作用从而发挥治疗糖尿病的作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of mangiferin hydrasis granule (MHG) on blood glucose,blood fat and insulin in Goto-Kakizaki (GK)model rats and their mechanisms.Methods Thirty-six male GK rats were randomly divided into control group,rosiglitazone group and MHG (20.0,40.0 mg·kg-1)groups (n=9).The rats were administered by intragastric administration for 4 weeks.The change of body weight was observed and the blood glucose,blood fat ,insulin in serum were detected.Results The body weight rats in control group was significantly decreased,and continuely droped during aderministration;compared with control group,the body weights of rats in rosiglitazone group and MHG 20.0,40.0 mg·kg-1 groups were increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group ,the contents of blood glucose in rosiglitazone group and MHG(40.0 mg·kg-1)group were decreased(P<0.05 ).There was no significant difference of the insulin content between various groups(P>0.05).Compared with control group,the contents of triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)in rosiglitazone group were decreased(P<0.05);the content of total cholesterol(TC)in MHG(40.0 mg·kg-1 )group was decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion MHG can reduce the risk of diabetes mellitus by down-regulating the contents of blood glucose and blood fat in GK rats.
