摘    要:目的探讨GnRH与其受体(GnRHR)在卵巢和子宫组织中的分布,研究GnRH-A(激动剂Alarelin)主动免疫对GnRH和GnRHR分布的影响。方法 24只日本大耳白雌兔(Oryctolagus cuniculus)随机分为4组(n=6),实验组和对照组。其中实验1组(EG-1)、实验2组(EG-2)和实验3组(EG-3)分别在兔颈背侧皮下注射1.0m(l100μg/ml、100μg/ml和50μg/ml)GnRH-A抗原,EG-2和EG-3于20d以原剂量加强注射1次,102d无菌采集垂体、卵巢和子宫。用SP法染色,图像分析技术进行定位与分析。结果卵巢和子宫均有GnRH和GnRHR阳性细胞分布,主要见于卵母细胞、卵泡细胞、子宫内膜上皮细胞和腺上皮细胞;GnRH-A的剂量不同,GnRH和GnRH阳性细胞的染色强度也不同,即GnRHR和GnRH的表达量不同。GnRH-A能增加GnRH和GnRH的分布与表达,EG-2的作用更为明显。结论卵巢和子宫中均有GnRH和GnRHR细胞分布,GnRH-A免疫能增强GnRH和GnRHR的表达。
