| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中脑周围非动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血（PNSH）的临床及影像学特点、诊断和治疗的措施及预后。方法回顾性总结分析34例，出血部位仅限于中脑周围脑池的非动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血的临床资料。结果中脑周围非动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血再出血，明显的脑血管痉挛、脑积水等并发症较少，远期生活质量较高。结论正确认识中脑周围非动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血可提高其临床诊治水平。

The Clinical Analysis of Perimesencephalic Nonaneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical and radiological feature, diagnostic criteria,jherapeutic measurement and prognosis of perimesencephalic nonaneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage（PNSH）. Method A retrospective analysis of 34 patient clinical datas presenting subarachnoid hemorrhage confined within perimesencephalic cisterns. Results Complications such as reblecding, cerebral vasospasm and hydrocephalus rarely happened in PNSH and the quality of life in the long term patient was excellent. Conclusion It is important that the correct analysis of perimesencephalic nonauearysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage to increase diagnosis rate and improve treatment outcome. |
