| 摘 要： | 为探讨皮质腺瘤和结节性增生之间的CT鉴别诊断，对40例经手术病理证实的肾上腺皮质腺瘤和结节性增生病例的CT表现进行分析。结果显示CT的定性诊断准确率为92．5％。提示：CT扫描可以从病灶的密度、强化程度、大小、有无包膜和对侧腺体有无萎缩或增大等征象来鉴别腺瘤和结节性增生。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the differential diagnosis of adrenal cortical adenoma from nodular hyperplasia, the CT features of 40 cases (there were 41 focal masses) of adrenal cortical adenoma and nodular hyperplasia confirmed operatively and pathological were analyzed. The result showed that the accuracy of qualitative diagnoses of these diseases was 92.5 % by CT. It was suggested that CT scanning can differentiate adrenal cortical adenoma from nodular hyperplasia depending on the density, enhanced degree, size with or without capsule and atrophy and enlargement of the opposite adrenal gland. |
