| 摘 要： | 目的探讨恩替卡韦联合养肝汤治疗慢性乙型重型肝炎的疗效。方法将56例慢性乙型重型肝炎分为3个组,综合护肝治疗组（Ⅰ组）,综合护肝加恩替卡韦治疗组（Ⅱ组）,综合护肝加恩替卡韦联合养肝汤治疗组（Ⅲ组）,收集治疗1个月、3个月、6个月后的症状体征、肝功能、凝血酶原活动度等进行临床及统计学分析。结果Ⅱ组病死率为38.42%,Ⅲ组病死率为26.32%;Ⅱ组肝功能恢复、白蛋白回升、凝血酶原活动度好转、症状改善较Ⅰ、Ⅱ组早;Ⅱ、Ⅲ组HBV DNA阴转或载量下降。结论恩替卡韦联合养肝汤治疗慢性乙型重型肝炎是安全有效的,可以降低病死率,加快肝功能好转,缩短病程,降低HBV DNA水平。
