黄金胶囊改善2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠胰岛素敏感性研究

摘    要:目的: 探讨黄金胶囊对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠胰岛素抵抗(IR)的影响,并初步探讨其作用机制。 方法 :采用给大鼠腹腔一次性注射小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ),并加饲高热量饮食(富含脂肪和蔗糖),制备T2DM伴IR大鼠模型,观察黄金胶囊对糖尿病大鼠体重、血糖、血清胰岛素和胰岛素敏感性指数的影响。 结果 : 黄金胶囊能降低T2DM伴IR模型大鼠空腹血糖;黄金胶囊能降低病鼠高胰岛素血症,提高了胰岛素敏感性指数;实验中未发现明显的不良反应。 结论 : 黄金胶囊对T2DM伴IR大鼠有降血糖及改善其IR的作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of Huangjin capsule on insulin sensitivity in type 2 diabetic rats with insulin-resistance (IR) and the primary pharmacological mechanism. Method: The model for type 2 diabetic-insulin-resistant rats (T2DIRR) were performed through intraperitonea injection of lower dosage of streptozocin(30 mg/kg) and high caloric diet (abounded with sugar & fat). The effects of Huangjin on weight, blood and/or serum contents of glucose, lipids,insulin and insulin sensitive index(ISI) were observed in the model rats. Result: Huangjin lowered significantly fasting blood glucose (FBG)(P<0.05) and improved impaired glucose tolerance (IgT); and reduced the concentration of insulin in hyperinsulinemia, and potentiated ISI (P<0.01) in T2DIRR. Conclusion: In the experiment with type 2 diabetic-insulin-resistantrats, Huangjin can reduce the level of blood glucose, and improve insulin sensitivity.
