| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨局限型腹膜间皮瘤的影像学表现。方法：回顾分析8例经手术病理证实的局限型腹膜间皮瘤的X线，B超，CT和MRI表现。结果：8例均表现为腹膜腔内的孤立性肿块。B超与CT平扫6例为囊实性肿块，2例为低回声或低密度的实质性肿块，CT增强检查肿瘤实质部分呈显著或中等度强化，1例MRI表现为T1与T2加权像均为混杂信号。结论：将多种影像学检查手段结合应用，局限型腹膜间皮瘤有可能得到术前诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the imaging features of localized peritoneal mesothelioma (LPM).Method The X ray,ultrasonography(US),computed tomography(CT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) findings of 8 cases of LPM confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.Result All 8 lesions appeared as solitary peritoneal masses.6 lesions were cystic solid masses,while other 2 were solid masses with hypo echo on US and hypo density on plain CT.The solid portion of the tumours showed marked or moderate enhancement on contrast CT.1 case with MRI examination had heterointensity signal on T 1 and T 2 weighted images.Conclusion It is possible to make preoperative diagnosis of LPM using combined examinations. |
