| 摘 要： | 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及其抑制物TIMP-2在子宫内膜异位症发生、发展中的作用.方法采用免疫组化SP法检测36例子宫内膜异位症内膜组织(异位内膜组)和21例正常子宫内膜组织(对照组)中MMP-2、TIMP-2的表达.结果异位内膜组中MMP-2呈高表达状态,与对照组相比,有显著性差异(P＜0.01);而异位内膜组中TIMP-2呈低表达状态,与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论异位内膜组织中MMP-2的过度表达和TIMP-2的表达下降,导致MMP-2/TIMP-2的比例增高,使异位内膜组织更具侵袭性,在子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展中起重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the role of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2 (TIMP-2) in the pathogenesis endometriosis. Methods Immunohistochemical method (S-P) was employed to detect the expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in ectopic endometriotic tissue from women with endometriosis (36 cases) and the normal controls (21 cases). Results The expression of MMP-2 in the ectopic endometriotic tissue was significantly higher than the normal controls(P<0. 01) ; The expression of TIMP-2 in the ectopic endometriotic tissue was lower than the normal controls (P<0.01). Conclusions The increased expression of MMP-2 and the decreased expression of TIMP-2 in the ectopic endometriotic tissue result in the high ratio of TIMP-2/TIMP-2, which contributes to the pathogenesis endometriosis. |
