盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉无痛分娩临床观察

目的 盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉在无痛分娩麻醉的临床效果.方法 收集我院2012年7月-2013年8月进行无痛分娩的产妇250例,随机分成对照组和观察组各125例,对照组采用0.075％布比卡因联合舒芬太尼0.2Lg/mL治疗.观察组给予0.125％盐酸罗哌卡因联合0.2Lg/mL舒芬太尼治疗.结果 观察组第一产程时间为（271.3±61.3）min,第二产程时间为（63.3±24.3）min,产后出血量为（182.2±19.8）mL,对照组第一产程时间为（401.3±151.1）min,第二产程时间为（76.2±31.2）min,产后出血量为（198.9-25.4）mL,两组第一产程和第二产程比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）,出血量比较无显著性差异（P＞0.05）,观察组顺产123例,占98.4％,对照组顺产76例,占70.8％,两组比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论 盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉无痛分娩效果好,值得临床推广.

Objective Hydrochloric acid, pp because joint ShuFen, epidural anesthesia in the clinical effect of epidural anesthesia. Methods Collected from July 2012 to August 2012 in painless childbirth puerpera 250 cases, 125 cases randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group using 0.075% cloth than treatment with combined ShuFen, LgO.2/mL. Observation group was given 0.125% hydrochloric acid, pp treatment with combined 0.2 Lg/mL sufentanil. Results The observation group for the first time for labor （271.3±61.3） min, the second labor time is （63.3±24.3） min, postpartum haemorrhage amount for mL （182.2±19.8）, the control group for the first time for labor （401.3±151.1） min, the second labor time is （76.2±31.2） min, postpartum haemorrhage amount for mL（198.9±25.4）, two groups of the first and second stages of labor more significant difference （P〈 0.05）, blood loss was no significant difference （P〉0.05）, the observation group to deliver 123 cases, accounting for 98.4%, control group to deliver 76 cases, accounting for 70.8%, comparing the two groups have significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hydrochloric acid, pp because joint ShuFen, epidural anesthesia epidural effect is good, worthy of clinical promotion.
