摘 要: | 目的:调查我院呼叫器及遥控器的污染情况。方法:原则上每个临床科室随机采样1个呼叫器和1个遥控器,按物品和环境表面监测方法进行,共采集样本52例。结果:呼叫器细菌培养阳性率为88.46%,遥控器细菌培养阳性率为80.77%。污染的菌种为表皮葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌、产酸克雷伯菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、粘质沙雷菌、异型枸椽酸杆菌等。结论:呼叫器和遥控器污染严重,除皮肤上常见菌丛,还有医院感染的主要细菌-革兰氏阴性菌,应加强呼叫器及遥控器的清洁消毒,预防医院感染发生。

Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the pollution status of call lights and remote controls.Methods:In principle,every clinical department sampled one call light and remote control randomly,according to the monitoring method for the surfaces of items and environments,in all 52 samples were collected.Results:The call lights positive rate of bacterial culture was 88.46% and the remote controls positive rate of bacterial culture was 80.77%.Contaminating microbial strain included staphylococcus epidermidis,bacillus subtilis, klebsiella oxytoca, acinetobacter baumannii, serratia marcescens and heterogeneous citrate bacillus, etc. Conclusion:Call lights and remote controls had been badly polluted. Apart fi'om the skin common flora, gram - negative bacillus which can easily cause nosocomial infection was also included, so disinfection of call lights and remote controls should be enhanced to prevent the nosocomial infection. |
