Study of Response to Public Opinions with Hospital Crisis Management in New Media Enviroment

New media environment has great influence on the crisis spread of public opinions. Hospitals should master the way to deal with public opinions, establish good social public relations, create harmonious media public opinion environment, and maintain healthy and benign development of hospitals. The authors study and analyze the characteristics of new media and the causes for crisis of public opinions in hospitals, put forward the methods and suggestions on respon- ding to the crisis of public opinions by changing the idea of public opinion management, enhancing the communication with media,establishing monitoring system of public opinions,setting up propaganda issues and paying attention to daily crisis management.
