| 摘 要： | 获得国家自然科学基金资助可直观地反映医院基础研究的水平和竞争力。以安贞医院2008至2011年获得国家自然科学基金立项数据,分析院级基金对成功申请国家自然科学基金项目的意义。事实证明院基金能为申请人奠定前期工作基础,起到培育科研人才以及提升医院核心竞争力的作用。

| Abstract: | The subsidy from National Natural Science Foundation of China directly reflects the level and competi- tiveness of the fundamental research of a hospital. Basing on the data about National Natural Science Foundation Projects from 2008 to 2011 in Anzhen Hospital ,the authors analyze the significance of hospital fund for the successful application of National Natural Science Foundation and find that hospital fund can lay the foundation of the previous work, foster talents of scientific research, and promote the core competitiveness in hospitals. |
