摘    要:听能管理是实施听障儿童康复的首要步骤,是听障儿童康复的基本前提和基础,其不只是为听障儿童选择、验配助听设备,还强调听力师、家长、教师密切合作,确保听障儿童在非睡眠时间始终使用助听设备,确保助听设备工作状态良好,使听障儿童处于良好的聆听环境。近几年,听能管理概念的提出和实施,得到家长和专业人员认可,积累了一定经验,但在实施过程中仍存在一些问题,本文重点就发现的问题进行概述并提出建议。

Abstract:Audiologic management is the first step and basic premise for the rehabilitation of hearing-impaired children. Not only does it include selecting and fitting hearing devices, but it emphasizes the close cooperation between audiologists, parents and teachers in order to ensure the frequent and appropriate use of hearing devices. In recent years, the concept of audiologic management has been well recognized by parents and rehabilitation professionals. Some experience has been accumulated during its implementation, but there are also some problems. This article summarizes the problems and provides relevant solutions.
