打造青年品牌 活跃医院文化

目前新形势下医院青年面临外地居多、职业压力大、满意度低等问题。医院团委从给予青年支持,拓展平台着手,开拓思路,引进"社团"组织,使职工通过共同的兴趣爱好开展活动,活跃医院文化氛围;同时点线集合,除做好志愿者常规项目外,还努力塑造志愿典型,打造志愿特色,从而营造志愿服务的"大氛围"。

Create Youth Brand and Activate Hospital Culture

At present, the young in hospitals have the problems：more nonlocal residence, greater occupational stress ,and low satisfaction degree. Starting from supporting the young and expanding platform for the young, Youth？ League？ Committees of hospitals help the employees launching activities of common interests,activate cultural atmosphere by extending way of thinking and introducing ＂social organizations＂, at the same time,do well in routine projects of volun- teer with the collection of dots and line, and try to create volunteer image, volunteer characteristics and the ＂great atmos- phere＂ for volunteer service.
