| 摘 要： | 目的探讨骨桥蛋白（OPN）在肝细胞癌（肝癌）组织中的表达与血管生成的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测64例肝癌组织、10例肝硬化组织及10例正常组织中的OPN，分析其与肝癌临床病理特征和微血管密度（MVD）的关系。结果OPN在肝癌组织的表达明显高于肝硬化组织及正常组织（P〈0．05），OPN和肝癌的早期复发转移有关（P〈0．01），OPN的表达和MVD呈正相关（r=0．321，P〈0．01）。结论OPN在肝癌组织中里高表达与早期复发转移相关；OPN可能参与了肿瘤的血管生成。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the expressions of osteopontin (OPN) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and angiogenesis. Methods: Expressions of OPN was detected in 64 tumor tissues, 10 hepatic cirrhosis tissues and 10 normal hepatic tissues by immunohistochemistry method. Correlation between the expressions and clinicopathol-ogical features, MVD was analyzed. Results: The expression of OPN was higher in HCC than that in hepatic cirrhosis and normal tissues (P<0.05), and related to early recurrence and metastasis (P<0.01); A positive correlation between OPN expression and MVD was found in HCC(r=0.321,P<0.01). Conclusion: The high expression of OPN in HCC relat to early recurrence and metastasis,and OPN maybe participated in carcinoma angiogenesis. |
