| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨了缺血缺氧性脑病患儿血清NSE和血浆NPY水平的变化及意义。方法：应用放射免疫分析对30例缺血缺氧性脑病患儿进行了血清NSE和血浆NPY测定,并与30名正常新生儿作比较。结果：缺血缺氧性脑病患儿血清NSE和血浆NPY水平均非常显著地高于正常新生儿组（P〈0.01）,且两者呈明显的正相关（r=0.6021,P〈0.01）。结论：测定缺血缺氧性脑病患儿血清NSE和血浆NPY水平的变化与疾病的发生发展和预后密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes of contents of serum NSE and plasma NPY levels in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Serum levels of NSE and plasma levels of NPY were determined with RIA in 30 neonates with HIE and 30 controls.
