人源细粒棘球蚴喙钩形态学参数分析

摘    要:目的 测定本地区人源细粒棘球蚴喙钩的形态学参数,为棘球蚴的分类及流行病学研究提供依据。方法 以外科手术的方法从患者肝脏分离肝包虫,取囊液等内容物离心沉淀制成涂片标本,光学显微镜下观察,根据形态确定棘球蚴原头蚴的喙钩,应用计算机图像分析系统采集喙钩总长、总宽、柄长、刀长4个形态学参数数据,用统计学软件进行统计分析。结果 棘球蚴的原头节上具有上下两层喙钩,上层为大钩,下层为小钩。分别采集到游离状态的大钩56个,小钩49个,测量并获得了两种喙钩的4个形态学参数:大钩的总长、总宽、柄长、刀长的平均值分别为12.38 μm、4.58 μm、5.51 μm和6.51 μm;小钩的总长、总宽、柄长、刀长的平均值分别为10.41 μm、3.76 μm、5.04 μm和4.72 μm。大钩和小钩的各项形态学参数比较结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 本研究应用计算机图像分析系统获得本地区人源细粒棘球蚴喙钩的形态学参数,为棘球蚴的分类鉴定及流行病学研究提供了可靠的形态学资料。

Morphological parameters of the protoscoleces hooks of Echinococcus granulosus derived from the human body

Abstract:To analyze the morphological parameters of protoscoleces hooks of Echinococcus granulosus derived from the human body and to provide the basis for the classification and epidemiology of E. granulosus, hydatid cysts were isolated from liver of patient, and protoscoleces and the hooks were observed by light microscope. The parameters of the protoscoleces and the hooks were collected and measured using the computer image analysis system (CIAS). All of defined criteria data were calculated and analyzed statistically by the GraphPad Prism 5.0. Totally, 105 rostellar hooks were collected and measured, including 56 large hooks and 49 small one. The mean value of TL, TW, HL, BL of large hook respectively was 12.38 μm, 4.58 μm, 5.51 μm and 6.51 μm; the mean value of TL, TW, HL, BL of small hook respectively was 10.41 μm, 3.76 μm, 5.04 μm and 4.72 μm. These findings appeared that there was a significant statistical difference between the large and small hooklets (P<0.05). The morphological parameters of the hooklets of the Echinococcus granulosus in local source and derived from the human were identified. The data is useful to classification and epidemiological studies on Echinococcus granulosus.
