摘    要:目的:应用固相萃取改进环孢素A滴眼剂中环孢素A含量的测定方法。方法:环孢素A滴眼剂中的环孢素A经固相萃取,以反相高效液相色谱法测定。色谱柱Waters Sep—Pak C18萃取小柱,Nova—Pak C18分析柱;流动相乙腈:甲醇:水(265:22:120);流速0.5ml/min;检测波长206nm。结果:该法回收率为98.6%,相对标准差(RSD)为2.4%,线性范围为0.5-40μg/ml,r=0.9993。结论:该法快速、敏感、高效,可用于环孢素A滴眼剂中环孢素A含量的测定。

Abstract:Objective To improve an analytical method of CsA in eye drops by solid-phase extraction. Method The CsA in eye drops was processed by Waters Sep-Pak solid-phase extractor, and the column was Waters Nova-Pak C18. The mobile phase was acetonitrile:methanol:water (265:22:120),flow rate was 0.5ml/min, the detective wavelength was 206nm. Results The average recovery rate was 98.6%, the relative standard deviation was 2.4%, the linearity range was 0.5-40ug/ml, the coefficient of correlation was 0.9993. Conclusions The method is rapid,sensitive and efficient for determination of CsA in eye drops.
