Clinical Effect of Deanxit Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen in the Treatment of Sleep Disorder Caused by Cerebral Blood Supply Insufficiency

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Deanxit combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of sleep disorder caused by cerebral blood supply insufficiency.Methods:From August 2018 to December 2020,90 patients with sleep disorder caused by cerebral blood supply insufficiency were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drug treatment and hyperbaric oxygen treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Deanxit combined with hyperbaric oxygen.The treatment effect and PSQI scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the experimental group was 42(93.33%)better than that of the control group 36(80.00%).Before treatment,the PSQI scores of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores of the two groups decreased,and the PSQI score of the experimental group(6.35±1.21)was lower than that of the control group(10.89±2.34)The clinical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Deanxit combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy is effective in the treatment of sleep disorders caused by cerebral blood supply insufficiency,which can effectively improve the sleep treatment of patients,and is worthy of wide clinical use and promotion.
