中医情志护理加穴位按摩对晚期肺癌化疗患者睡眠障碍及不良反应的影响

目的:分析中医情志护理加穴位按摩对晚期肺癌化疗患者睡眠障碍与不良反应的影响。方法:选取2019年4—9月福建省肿瘤医院收治的晚期肺癌化疗患者76例作为研究对象,按照入院顺序单号与双号分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行中医情志护理+穴位按摩。比较2组的睡眠质量匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]与不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组的PSQI评分及各项不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医情志护理联合穴位按摩可有效改善晚期肺癌化疗患者的睡眠障碍情况,降低不良反应发生率,值得在临床广泛推广。

Study on the Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing and Acupoint Massage for Sleep Disorders and Adverse Reactions of Patients with Chemotherapy for Advanced Lung Cancer

Objective:To analyze the influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine emotional care and acupoint massage for sleep disorders and adverse reactions of patients with chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer.Methods:A total of 76 patients with chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer in Fujian Provincial Cancer Hospital from April 2019 to September 2019 were divided into control group and experimental group with 38 cases in each group according to single and double numbers of order of admission.The control group were with routine nursing,and the experimental group were with TCM emotional care+acupressure.Then the sleep qualityPittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results:The PSQI score and incidence of adverse reactions of experimental group were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The of Chinese medicine emotional care combined with acupoint massage can effectively improve the sleep disorders of patients with chemotherapy for advanced lung cancer,and also reduce the rates of adverse reactions,so it should be widely promoted in clinical practice.
