小儿核磁共振检查中睡眠剥夺联合镇静剂的临床应用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨小儿核磁共振检查中睡眠剥夺联合镇静剂的临床应用研究。方法:选取2019年2月至2020年2月期间谷城县人民医院收治的患儿98例作为研究对象,按照电脑序号随机的方式分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。对于对照组患儿在核磁共振检查前30 min应用水和氯醛进行灌肠操作,观察组患儿则先做睡眠剥夺后在核磁共振检查前30 min应用水和氯醛进行灌肠操作。后对2组患儿进行核磁共振检查,对检查配合性、灌肠成功率、药物作用入睡时间和首次检查成功率进行比较和分析。结果:观察组患儿水合氯醛灌肠成功率为93.8%高于对照组75.5%;观察组患儿药物作用后睡眠时间为(12.01±3.69)min,对照组为(22.21±7.69)min,观察组进入睡眠状态的时间少于对照组,2组指标比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具。结论:在对小儿患者进行核磁共振中,应用睡眠剥夺与水合氯醛灌肠法联合使用,可以得到更好的镇静效果,可以适当提高患儿MRI的成功率。

Clinical Application Study of Sleep Deprivation Combined with Sedatives in Pediatric MRI

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical application of sleep deprivation combined with sedatives in pediatric MRI.Methods:A total of 98 children admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the computer serial number,49 cases in the study group and 49 cases in the control group.For children in the control group,water and chloral were used for enema 30 minutes before the MRI,and the children in the study group were sleep deprived and then water and chloral were used for enema 30 minutes before the MRI.Later,the two groups of children were examined by MRI,and the compatibility of the examination,the success rate of enema,the time to fall asleep under the action of drugs and the success rate of the first examination were compared and analyzed.Results:The success rate of chloral hydrate enema in the study group was 93.8%higher than that in the control group 75.5%;the sleep time of the study group was(12.01±3.69)min after the drug treatment,and the control group was(22.21±7.69)min.The time for the group to go to sleep was less than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),there was statistically significant.Conclusion:In the MRI of pediatric patients,the combined use of sleep deprivation and chloral hydrate enema can obtain a better sedative effect and can appropriately improve the success rate of MRI in children.
