Study on the Influence of Humanized Nursing for Sleep of Surgical Patients in Operation Room

Objective:To explore the influence of humanistic nursing intervention in Operation Room for sleep quality of surgical patients.Methods:A total of 80 surgical patients in Joint Logistics Support Force No.900 Hospital from June 2019 to December 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group according to the method of random number table.The control group were with traditional nursing intervention,and the observation group were with humanistic nursing intervention in Operation Room.Then sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]and negative emotion[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)]of two groups before and after the nursing were compared.Results:The PSQI score,SAS score and SDS score of two groups before the nursing were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the PSQI score,SAS score and SDS score of observation group after the nursing were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The humanized nursing service in Operation Room can significantly improve the sleep quality and negative emotion of surgical patients,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
