手术室人性化护理对手术患者睡眠的影响研究

目的:探究手术室人性化护理干预对外科手术治疗患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年6至2019年12月联勤保障部队第九〇〇医院收治的手术患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组进行传统护理干预,观察组则进行手术室人性化护理干预。比较2组护理前后的睡眠质量匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及负性情绪焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分。结果:护理前2组的PSQI评分、SAS评分及SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后观察组的PSQI评分、SAS评分及SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室人性化护理服务可显著改善手术患者的睡眠质量及负性情绪状态,值得在临床推广应用。

Study on the Influence of Humanized Nursing for Sleep of Surgical Patients in Operation Room

Objective:To explore the influence of humanistic nursing intervention in Operation Room for sleep quality of surgical patients.Methods:A total of 80 surgical patients in Joint Logistics Support Force No.900 Hospital from June 2019 to December 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group according to the method of random number table.The control group were with traditional nursing intervention,and the observation group were with humanistic nursing intervention in Operation Room.Then sleep qualityPittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]and negative emotionself-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)]of two groups before and after the nursing were compared.Results:The PSQI score,SAS score and SDS score of two groups before the nursing were compared,there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),the PSQI score,SAS score and SDS score of observation group after the nursing were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The humanized nursing service in Operation Room can significantly improve the sleep quality and negative emotion of surgical patients,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
