手术室实施综合护理干预措施对剖宫产产妇睡眠质量的评价分析

目的:分析探讨综合性护理干预措施对手术室剖宫产产妇睡眠质量及护理满意度评价。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年6月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的剖宫产产妇100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组产妇给予常规护理模式,观察组产妇在对照组的基础上实施综合性护理干预措施,比较2组产妇的睡眠质量(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)以及护理满意度。结果:护理后观察组产妇的睡眠质量评分为(5.24±0.21)分,显著优于对照组产妇的(8.39±0.54)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的护理满意度为94.0%,明显高于对照组的82.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合性护理路径可提高产妇睡眠质量同时也可以提升产妇护理满意度,值得临床的大力推广和参考。

The Evaluation and Analysis of the Aleep Quality of Caesarean Section Pregnant Women by Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Measures in Operating Room

Objective:To analyze and discuss the evaluation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures on sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of caesarean section pregnant women in operating room.Methods:A total of 100 cesarean delivery women admitted to Xiamen University Women and Children′s Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing mode,and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control group,and compared the two groups of maternal Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and nursing satisfaction.Results:The score of sleep quality in the observation group after nursing was(5.24±0.21)points,which was significantly better than(8.39±0.54)points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.0%,significantly higher than the 82.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing path can improve the maternal sleep quality and also improve the maternal nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
