自身免疫性肝炎与原发性胆汁性胆管炎患者(附3例)重叠综合征临床治疗的药学监护

目的:探究自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)与原发性胆汁性胆管炎(PBC)(简称AIH-PBC)重叠综合征患者临床用药方案的制订及其药学监护过程。方法:临床药师参与AIH-PBC重叠综合征患者临床用药方案的制订,提出个体用药的建议,并实施其药学监护。结果:实施药学监护后发现,首选治疗方案疗效不佳时及时建议调整用药方案,如对伴有糖尿病的患者,降糖药的选用对原发疾病治疗无影响或影响较小的药物。结论:临床药师为医师合理用药提供建议,并为患者实施药学服务,避免了不良反应的发生,确保的临床疗效。

Pharmaceutical Care on Clinical Medication in 3 Cases of Overlap Syndrome Patients with AIH-PBC

Objective:To explore the formulation of clinical medication regimen and the process of pharmaceutical care in overlap syndrome patients with autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)and primary biliary cholangitis(PBC)(hereinafter referred to as AIH-PBC).Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated in the formulation of clinical medication regimen for overlap syndrome patients with AIH-PBC,and put forward the suggestions of individual medication and pharmaceutical care.Results:After the implementation of pharmaceutical care,it was found that when the efficacy of the preferred treatment regimen was poor,it was recommended to adjust the medication regimen timely.For example,for patients with diabetes,the choice of hypoglycemic drugs had no or less impact on the treatment of the primary disease.Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists provided advice for physicians on rational drug use and carried out pharmaceutical care for patients,thus avoiding the occurrence of adverse drug reactions and ensuring clinical efficacy.
