| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the occurrence and influencing factors of sleep disorders in patients treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods:From May 2016 to May 2019,a total of 62 cervical cancer patients treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the 2nd People′s Hospital of Shandong Province were enrolled.During treatment,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to analyze the incidence of sleep disorders.Results:Thirty-two cases developed sleep disorders during radiotherapy and chemotherapy,with an incidence of 51.61%.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that excessive noise from treatment environment,severe pain,and tumor stage(stageⅣ)were independent risk factors for sleep disorders(P<0.05).Conclusion:Noise,severe pain and disease deterioration are main factors of high sleep disorder incidence in cervical cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy. |
