中医药治疗膀胱癌临床研究进展及机制概述

膀胱癌是泌尿系统中常见恶性肿瘤之一,近年来,我国膀胱癌的发病率呈上升趋势,其中男性和老年人群是膀胱癌的高危人群。当前膀胱癌的主要治疗手段是以手术和化疗为主,但其术后复发率较高,同时也引起严重的不良反应。中医药以其独特的增效减毒作用,降低术后复发率,减轻化疗后不良反应,改善患者生活质量。本文从临床与实验机制研究阐述中医药治疗膀胱癌的研究进展,以期为中医药应用于膀胱癌的治疗提供相应的参考。

Clinical and Experimental Research Progress of traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of bladder Cancer.

Bladder cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the urinary system.The incidence of bladder cancer in China is on the rise in recent years, among which men and the elderly are at high risk of bladder cancer. At present, the main treatment of bladder cancer is surgery and chemotherapy, but its postoperative recurrence rate is high, but also cause serious adverse reactions. With its unique theory of increasing efficiency and reducing toxicity, traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the postoperative recurrence rate, reduce the adverse reactions after chemotherapy and improve the life quality of patients. This article would elucidate the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bladder cancer from the view of clinical and experimental research, in order to provide corresponding reference for the treatment of bladder cancer by traditional Chinese medicine.
