柴银颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染及改善睡眠的临床疗效观察

目的:观察并分析柴银颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染及改善睡眠的临床疗效。方法:选取济南市第三人民医院呼吸内科收治的小儿反复呼吸道感染患者102例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组患者给予匹多莫德治疗,观察组给予柴银颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗。观察2组的治疗效果,比较2组患者治疗前后临床治疗效果、症状缓解时间和睡眠改善情况。结果:观察组总有效率为86.27%,明显高于对照组的74.51%;治疗中,观察组平均体温恢复时间、啰音消失时间、咳嗽缓解时间和咽部正常时间均显著短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:柴银颗粒联合匹多莫德治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的整体疗效确切,能迅速缓解患儿相关症状体征,改善患儿睡眠,总有效率较高对患者生命质量的提升起到积极作用。

Clinical Observation of Chaiyin Granule Combined with Pidotimod in Treating Recurrent Respiratory Infections and Improving Sleep in Children

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of chaiyin granule combined with Pidotimod in treating recurrent respiratory infections and improving sleep in children.Methods:A total of 102 children with recurrent respiratory infections in Department of respiratory medicine of Jinan Third People′s Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation Group(51 cases in each group).The patients in the control group were treated with Pidotimod,and the patients in the observation group were treated with chaiyin granule combined with pidotimod.To observe the therapeutic effect of 2 groups and compare the clinical therapeutic effect,symptom relief time and sleep improvement before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 86.27%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(74.51%),the recovery time of body temperature,vanishing time of Rales,relieving time of cough and normal time of Pharynx in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(p<0.05)There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chaiyin granule combined with pidotimod has a definite overall effect in treating children with recurrent respiratory infections,which can rapidly relieve the related symptoms and signs,improve the sleep of the children,and has a higher total effective rate,to improve the quality of life of patients play a positive impact.
